With a busy admin team with over 20 GPs across two Sydney sites the aim was to eliminate manual document handling. Their vision was to build a fully autonomous system where no documents are manually handled from email through Samantha and  into Best Practice 

Pilot Outcomes

Combined Samantha with Corina to a fully autonomise the document workflow from clinic inbox, verified by Samantha, and import into Best Practice without a single click.  

In a 30 day span, 98.5% documents passed verification for autonomous flow from email into Best Practice; this is equivalent to 2089 documents
