With 25+ GPs inclusive of Urgent Care GSH faces significant daily document volumes impacting  time to inbox, accuracy and general team workload; on average processing 100 documents per day with an average of 6 hours to doctor’s inbox

Pilot Outcomes

During a four-week pilot, Green Square processed 1,363 documents—peaking at 186 in a single day. Document processing time dropped from 90 seconds to under 30 seconds, with some completed in just 15 seconds.
Receptionists scored  the Best Practice workflow 5/10 for ease and efficiency, compared to 9/10 for Samantha.
